A: That depends on what you're wanting to submit and to which part of the site.
Corellian Embassy--All fiction and art archived at the Corellian Embassy must have been published in a fanzine, and at least a year must pass between zine publication and uploading to the Embassy. No exceptions.
The Royal Gallery--Any Han or Leia artwork viewable by all ages is welcome for submission. I am looking for quality work by skilled artists. Note: If your work has appeared in a zine, please make sure at least a year has passed since it was published.
Captain's Quarters--Submissions for quality adult stories and art are accepted for consideration.
Q: Do you accept slash?
A: No. This Is Some Rescue only archives stories and art of a Gen or Het nature in all areas of the site.
Q: Why don't you archive slash?
A: The short answer: I'm not interested. There are those who may feel that this is unfair. I'm not against slash, but I'm also
not interested in it personally. Since it's my time and my money that's getting invested into the site, the site is going to reflect my
interests. I'll happily post a link to *your* slash site, though, and if you have a slash zine, you may advertise it at the Embassy.
Q: My story was sent back with edits. Why?
A: Think of it this way: Some Rescue is like a magazine, and I'm the editor. The art and stories here are meant to
convey a certain look and feel, and to do this they need to meet certain standards. If a story or piece of artwork isn't what I'm
looking for, I will let you know that. If a piece is close to what I'm looking for but not quite there, I may send it back with
suggestions on how to improve the piece in order to meet archival criteria.
